Shipping & return policy
Shipping is free worldwide for all orders over £350. We ship our garments over DHL couriers via Air Express GoGreen Delivery. We ship from Spain. In cases when import, customs, and local sales taxes have to be paid in order to receive an order from the shipping provider, it is customers responsibility to cover these taxes.
GoGreen transportation minimizes or avoids the emission of CO2 by tracking the greenhouse gas emission and preparing reports and making a contribution by purchasing carbon credits.
We work hard to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Orders made before 11 AM CET are usually dispatched the same day with 1-2 days delivery window (longer for some countries outside EU). Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.
Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Shopyte to you.
Shopyte offers a rather versatile free return policy of the purchase. In cases when a purchase needs to be returned, a customer can do it within 14 days after the purchase has been delivered. If a customer does not correspond within this time, Shopyte cannot accept the return.
The return can be approved if the garment is in the same condition in which it was received (that is – new), is sent in its original packaging and the Honesty Seal* is unbroken.
An exchange of the item is done in situations when a garment is received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or contact us on the Live Chat.
After we analyze the given information, we will either reject or approve the return. Once it is approved and the garment is attained, we will be able to issue you a refund.
When a return or exchange is approved, the garment needs to be sent to Calle Santa Barbara 18, Jalon, ES 03727. There are no return shipping costs for our customers. Also, please note that when a new garment is sent for an exchange, the time for it to reach the customer may vary because of the chosen delivery point.
In case when a refund is late or missing, please check your bank account. If the refund is not received for quite some time, contact your bank to get more information about the process. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As you probably know, we have joined the organization OneTreePlanted and so a certain amount of money from each garment bought is donated to this organization. In cases when a garment is returned, the donation is not revoked. So even if the garment needs to be returned or changed, do not worry, your contribution was taken into account!
* Honesty Seal - a seal attached to the garment inside the sleeve. It lets you try the garment freely but prevents from going to the public.
